The Country Stories Franchise, usually shortened as just CS is a multimedia and multilanguage project directed by apricotM (also known as Apri). It is the author's own interpretation of the internet-popular concept of anthrophormized countries of the world.

Legacy[]

Legacy is an umbrella term that houses all Country Stories related works published from the first rendition of the Core series in may of 2017 until the final Issue of Road to WW1 in 2021. These contents portray the first and original interpretation of the CS story and direction, and while they may not be canon to the current iteration of Country Stories, they are still available for the public to read for sentimental and preservation reasons.

Core CS[]

Country Stories, also known as "Core CS" is the main spotlight of the franchise, a slice of life novel that narrates the events of the countries in the present day, having mostly cotidian life adventures with the uniqueness a humanized country can add.

CS Presents: Chaos[]

Main Article: CS Presents: Chaos (Legacy)

CS Presents: Chaos is the first and only book pertaining to the CS Presents prequels written under the Legacy continuity; it retells the tragedy of the First World War seen in the eyes of the personified countries and their components. An improved, rewritten version of Chaos will be published in accordance to the current continuity, going by the name of Chaos-Second Front.

Country Chats[]

Country Chats are a set of shorts published in the series' Discord server, which narrate in less than 15-line long dialogues some daily situations the characters go through.

CS Issues[]

Main Article: CS Issues

CS Issues is the name given to a section of the CS Franchise that consists on Chapters published in the form of Docs that touch extra topics that don't fit inside Country Stories or side-stories that happen before or alongside the events of CS Presents; some of them are compiled into mini-series.

Trivia[]

  • While Country Stories was published in May of 2017 and officially promoted from September of 2018 onwards, the original idea was finished in 2015, after going through multiple concept changes
